As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, I am passionate about providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that supports each person's unique path to healing. I work with adults navigating a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect. I believe that mental health care should feel safe, validating, and empowering. During our work together, my goal is to truly listen to your story, understand your goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, brief psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, and holistic supports, always tailored to what works best for you.
Whether you're reaching out for help for the very first time or you're returning to care to find more stability or clarity, you are welcome here. I strive to create a space that is nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and grounded in trust, so you can feel comfortable being your full self.
